Cancellation and refund policy
What happens if plans change.
If you cancel
- More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus a processing fee
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the package cost is refunded
- Less than 15 days before departure: refunds depend on the cancellation rules of the airlines, hotels and operators involved, and may be nil
If we cancel
If we have to cancel a confirmed trip for reasons outside our control, you can choose a full refund or a new date at no extra cost.
Non-refundable items
Some bookings, such as promotional airfares, event tickets and non-refundable hotel rates, cannot be refunded whatever the timing. We tell you about these at the time of booking.
Refund time
Approved refunds are paid within 7 to 14 working days to the original payment method.
