Please read these terms before booking a trip with us.
Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the agreed advance or full payment is received and we confirm it in writing. Prices shown on the website are starting prices and can change with dates, availability, season and exchange rates until the booking is confirmed.
Your responsibilities
- Valid passports, visas and travel documents are the traveller's responsibility unless visa assistance is included in your booking
- Please reach meeting points and check-ins on time. We cannot refund services missed because of late arrival
- Tell us about dietary, medical or accessibility needs in advance
Changes to the itinerary
We try to deliver every itinerary as planned. Sometimes weather, local conditions or events outside our control mean changes are needed. We will tell you about any important change as soon as possible.
Liability
Mission Tripzy acts as an agent between you and airlines, hotels and activity operators. We are not liable for their acts, errors or omissions.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical emergencies and lost baggage.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi.
