Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once a deposit or full payment (as agreed) has been received and acknowledged by us in writing. Package prices quoted are estimates and subject to change based on availability, season, and exchange rates at the time of confirmed booking.

Traveler Responsibilities

• Valid passports, visas, and travel documents are the responsibility of the traveler unless visa assistance is explicitly included in your package
• Travelers must arrive at meeting points and check-ins on time; we are not responsible for missed services due to late arrival
• Any special requirements (dietary, medical, accessibility) must be communicated to us in advance

Changes to Itinerary

While we make every effort to deliver the itinerary as planned, changes may occasionally be necessary due to weather, local conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Liability

Mission Tripzy acts as an agent between you and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, activity operators). We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these third parties.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost belongings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
