Backend Operations Executive
Make sure every booking actually happens. You confirm hotels, transfers and activities with our partners and prepare vouchers and documents for travellers.

What you will do
- Confirm hotel, transfer and sightseeing bookings with suppliers and DMCs
- Prepare vouchers, final itineraries and travel documents
- Track payments to suppliers and match them with bookings
- Keep visa files and passenger documents organised
- Handle changes and cancellations with suppliers
What we are looking for
- Experience in travel operations or any backend role
- Strong attention to detail and good with numbers
- Good with Excel or Google Sheets and email
- Knowledge of GDS or hotel booking portals is a plus
